The short versionAsk within days, for any reason, and your money goes back the way it came. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

How your key reaches you

Card, phone wallet or digital dollars: on screen the moment the payment goes through, with a receipt from Stripe by email.
Cash at a counter: printed on the key card, in your hand.
Cash or check by mail: a key card mailed back in the envelope you send, within business days of yours arriving, plus the time the mail takes. Mailed things go to US addresses only.
Name your price at $0, or a spare key: on screen right away.
Trade work for it: by reply, once your job comes in.
Keys for a crowd: printed cards shipped once you approve the proof. Shipping time and cost are on the proof.

Within days of paying, write to us on the contact page. No reason needed.

Card or phone wallet: back to the same card through Stripe. Banks usually post it within a few business days.
Digital dollars: back to the same wallet it came from.
Cash or check by mail: a check mailed back in an envelope you send us.
A spare key you bought for somebody else: refunded if nobody has taken it off the board yet.
Keys for a crowd: a full refund before the cards print. After that, write to us and we work it out.

A key cannot be pulled back off a phone, so refunds run on trust.

There are no subscriptions and no renewals. A mail-in order can be cancelled by writing to us before your key card goes out.
